First of all, shortly before I became a total blogging slacker and stopped posting, I got my degree. Well, our company was also purchased by an international company which ended up working out well for me. I got a promotion and moved to Greenville, North Carolina.
I have to say, it was a big change as I didn't know a soul in this town before packing up me and Bailey... Remember her? She's the pretty, furry girl you see all over my blog. Anyway, after almost 6 weeks of living in a hotel, I closed on this little gem...
We now have a home all our own with no crappy landlords to answer to anymore! (My former landlord didn't give me a cent of my deposit back, by the way... Shocker! And I busted my tail cleaning that place from top to bottom.... BUT.. Moving on... ) We have a new town, a new job, a new home in a new state, and a new life. It's quite a bit of newness, huh? Well, we are loving every minute of it! I'm sure you'll be sick of hearing all about it over the next few weeks while I catch you up.Unfortunately, most of the pictures I have are of the house before I moved into it, but I'll fix that soon. I have just been reluctant to take pictures of the place so far because I don't have it the way I want it yet.

I have gotten together with a lady at the pottery down the road to make me a magnificent flower arrangement to fill "the HOLE." I can't wait to see it on Tuesday... And it better be just that... Magnificent!
Let me also bring your attention to the fact that this "HOLE" is over a fireplace in the photo. Can you see the fireplace??? Of course you can't! Because the
After much drama, I managed to close on the house while still paying to air condition the entire neighborhood.... in August... in North Carolina... while they took their
This is kind of my view....
Though the grass is better now... That pitiful plant is gone.. And that was the
Stay tuned to hear some funny tails of my new home and how we are coping. By the way, anyone know how to get a video off your phone to post it here? I have a HILARIOUS one of Bailey playing with her new best friends... the frogs!
I hope to catch up with all of those who were nice enough to stick around after all this time and those I haven't met yet. I'll get back in the swing of this things before you know it! In the mean time... Cheers, my Zodiac Zoo Crew! I've missed you all!
