Half-Assed like you've never seen it before!

There have been a lot of posts lately about boobs, or so it seems. I thought I would point out something that has always cracked me up for my Half-Assed post this weekend, that I hope will entertain both the guys and the girls around these parts.
The Simple Dude's brain child
Now I know all of you aren't country music fans, and some might think this is a very hick song. Personally, the video cracks me up more than anything. My niece hates it because she says it objectifies women. I think it shows how stupid boys are and how easily they are stunned speechless and can no longer function because their lower head takes over. If you watch the video, HE isn't doing anything except losing his mind and being sexy as hell. The women are the ones rubbing all over him. I would do the same damn thing if I could get close to that body. I'm sorry, but he just oozes sex appeal and is ALL man in all of his 6'6" glory. Once you see the video, you'll know why calling this a Half-Assed post is a bit funny.

If you know anything about Trace Adkins (and if you don't, let me educate you), he is just a big nut. So I hope you enjoy this in the spirit I think the song and video were intended...

If this offends you, then feel free to press on in your Reader and I hope you enjoy your weekend. I've never been known for pleasing everyone.

How lucky! This both objectifies women and makes men look silly.
Because, even though we can pee standing up, we can still be idiots.
But, I'm okay with that.
Finally, it takes a lot to offend me.
Have a great weekend!

Oh, and what Amber says in #2, NOT #1. I'll just have to take your word for that. Because that's not how I roll (not that there's anything wrong with that).

As long as you can please yourself....

That is funny! We call my next door neighbor (the mean one) Badonkadonk because she has a giant butt. If she was nice, it would be something I could look past. No wait, I can't look past it because her giant moon eclipses the view out of my kitchen window when she plunges into her hot tub.

Had never heard that song before. Too funny! I have to agree with Amber though-some of them really had no butts. Oh well-still pretty amusing. Have a great weekend!

Not a big fan of country music (but am a fan of the half assed weekend posts!) but I did see Trace on the Celebrity Apprentice a couple years ago. He seems like a good, down to earth dude!

I knew exactly what song you'd be playing before I got very far. Then I scrolled down to see if my guess what right, and (yay!) it was! lol I enjoy his music. I love when singers do silly stuff like this one. I like to shake my ghetto booty to this song. LOL

I loathe country music! And this didn't offend me! :)

I enjoyed the video as well as the comments above this one of mine. Whatever floats one's boat is OK with me.

The most exposure I had to Trace was when he was on the appentice.

I'm not a huge country music fan - and I had never heard this song before - but I LOVED it - it was hilarious!! I'm jumping on Amber's bandwagon - a "badonkadonk" needs to be properly represented - with REAL boo-tays!! Great post...full-assed!!!

There was nothing about that video that I liked. There were no badonkadonks, the guy isn't sexy, the song isn't that good and it makes me roll my eyes at the stereotype of men and what men want and what women "should" be.

The only thing that I agree with in this video is "how did she get them bridges on?"

Sometimes I wonder about that with my own badonkadonk...cause you know, I actually HAVE one.

Primed.. Nothing wrong with that!

Amber.. Sex on a stick is definitely Trace! Very true about them all being skinny asses.

Al.. You were not one I thought I would offend with that. LOL

Alessandra.. That's very true, but I try to write what others will enjoy, too.

Amy.. That's a nice way of calling her an ass though. LOL I don't envy the view from your window though.

Jewels.. Glad you enjoyed that. Some call it hick, but it's just a fun song and video.

becca.. It really is.

SD.. He is very down to Earth. I wish I had watched that show when he was on it.

OT.. You've had more than your ration of boobs lately. Your heart should be strong as anything at the moment. LOL

J.Day.. I knew your ghetto booty would like this post. :)

Yvonne.. I'm glad to hear that!

Don.. Right? I mean, we all have our likes and dislikes.

Kat.. *le sigh* is spot-on for Trace and his tall glory. :) Hope you had a great weekend, hon.

Mrs. Tuna.. I've never really watched that show, but I wish I had when he was on it.

Reckmonster.. See, you took it in the intended manner, without even liking the genre. :) You rock, woman!

Adorkable.. He's actually saying "britches" in that line, but I get your meaning. I'm sorry you didn't care for it. We all have our tastes, hon. I have always been blessed with a large badonkadonk as well. The song really was meant to be silly and making fun of how guys can't help themselves sometimes, especially with lines like "Ol' TW's girlfriend done slapped him out his chair."

Mrs. Tuna.. I deleted one of your comments because I thought it posted the same one twice. I realize now you were probably correcting a typo. Oops! Sorry about that since I probably deleted the one that was the RIGHT one... lol.

I can't say "honky tonk badonka donk" without stuttering.

Krissy said...

Nicki.. Guys stutter when they look at them, so I guess that's appropriate. :) It is a bit of a tongue twister.
